Q: Hey, I've always heard that you're not supposed to eat a potato after it has sprouted. A: I have heard from a variety of sources that plastic containers should not be reused for water as they begin to leach toxins. A: I have friends that swear by Alka-Seltzer. I personally always find that water with some acidic fruit juice in it always makes me feel pretty swell-- like a squeeze of lime, or better yet a splas of Odwalla Limeade. Of course, there is no shortcut that you can take if you just need some rest! more
