Click here to see raincloud's profileA: A tomatillo looks like a small, green tomato with a papery husk around it. Tomatillos are related to gooseberries, and have a slightly lemony flavor. They are commonly used in Mexican and Southwest cooking. Tomatillo salsa is delicious!
